Fit Minute 4x4: Cardio


When it comes to fitness, make your goal activity. Make it getting your heart rate up. It's easier than you think. Grab a mat, some carpet or even the grass outside with a times (I use the Interval Timer App) and set it for :45 to 1 minute per exercise with at least 4 sets. Go for 5 and hit the perfect 20 minute cardio zone!

Today's Workout Includes:

  • Side to Side Floor Hops (Bronco Kicks)

  • Rotational Squat Jumps

  • Punch Jacks

  • Mountain Climbers
