SECOND, Be Consistent!
Nothing works if you aren't consistent about it. While it doesn't matter if it is the first thing you do or not, you do need to take your capsule, coffee or cocoa daily.
THIRD, Daily Doses.
If you are sensitive to caffeine a good start would be a half dose.
We recommend one dose a day. Taking more will not improve results, however, you can drink a maximum of two cups daily. I often have my morning cup or cocoa or coffee and will pop a capsule in the afternoon on really long days or days I'm really struggling.
FOURTH, Mix it up

FIFTH, Water, Water, and More Water.
Your body needs water to function. Drinking water will also keep your metabolism cranking at peak efficiency and your digestive system functioning well. An easy rule of thumb is half your body weight in ounces. If you are 150 pounds you would want to drink 75 ounces of water a day. Chug it right after your cup or drink throughout the day. Just keep drinking.
What question do I get all the time? How long should I wait until I see results?
Honestly, everyone is different, so time and results vary. I started losing inches before weight. My fiance dropped weight quickly. Certain people notice an immediate change after their first cup, while others notice a gradual increase of energy. Individuals also say their appetites lessen as their cravings stop.
