Chicken in an Instapot - I get 6 breasts for about $20 at Costco at cook them all in there. It takes about 35 minutes.
Shopping at Costco - For a week of salads (and then some) I grab a 6 pack of romaine for $5, 6 peppers for $6, a basket of cherry tomatoes for about $5, Feta Cheese and my chicken.
Tupperware Fridgemates - I pack my romaine and chicken in these containers and they will last 2 weeks! Fresh as ever.
