I am all about simplicity. I don't need something new every single day in order to be satisfied. This is where container meal prepping comes in handy. This is by far the most popular prepping method. You will go ahead and prep your meals right in the containers. It's like a frozen dinner but instead these containers are made by you and a WHOLE LOT healthier.

I start with cooking all of my Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts either on the grill or crockpot for the week and putting one small breast in each of the small compartments (for however many meals I'm making) of my Meal prep containers. Then, I grab my frozen Stir Fry Blend from Target and portion it out into the larger section of each container. I season with a little chili powder and garlic powder and a few dashes of low sodium soy sauce for flavor and then seal. When I grab a lunch in the morning I throw in a Minute Brown Rice Cups for a little carb intake and it fills me up! It's simple, it's quick and easy. You can replace the stir fry with any frozen veggie. They thaw enough in the fridge that by lunch it's a 3 minute meal!
