It isn't about the absence of fear, but doing things in spite of it. Each Friday I recognize amazing females I've come across that are helping others change their lives in a positive way and represent a type of fearlessness that we can all learn from and be inspired by.

She's sweet, spunky, hustles like a bad ass and lives a passionate life.
Meet Jenn Lockhart!
The first time I "met" Jenn was in a Facebook chat group. My goal was to make it to the Revital U conference event in Texas and to fund the trip, I really needed to share a room. I got connected with Jenn and Kristy and it was instant friendship. I had no idea what her "status" was or anything about her life really, but as I began talking to her, the sweet demeanor she has was a genuine love for the new adventure she was on. As I learned more, I found out why she was going to be successful and why I was lucky to now call her a friend.

Why I picked Jenn:
1. She's decisive
Even after plenty of time with a different company building her business, when she saw an opportunity with a bigger picture lens, she new it was time to change. She knew the determining factor was her and her drive and took the leap to better her future and her families future. It started with a change her in health FOR HER and continues to inspire others as she leads her business.
2. She is passionate
I love with girls heart and sincere passion for other people. She LOVES, honestly LOVES seeing others succeed and grow into better versions of themselves. She's now an official firewalker (Tony Robbins) which I admire so much. It takes so much heart and diligence to get to the bottom most core basic of your own truths but it what allows her to share and ignite that desire in others and connect on a very real level.
3. She does it her own way
In all things I've learned about her, she is setting her own path, based on her own wants, values and "why" story. It's not about what the world wants or what she "should" be doing. She's defining her own path and creating her own success. She decided that her fears were hers to face and changed the fears into fuel.
What Jenn has to say about overcoming fear:
Fear is what stops us from moving forward & can immobilize us from taking action. There are different types of fears: fear of rejection, fear of failure, fear of success, fear that we're just not good enough, ect. All these fears are just BS stories we tell ourselves in our heads & serve us no good. If we let it, fear can keep us locked up in the prison of the comfortable and predictable, which prevents us from reaching our true potential.
The secret is learning how to use fear instead of fear using you! I use fear to serve me in a valuable way. That’s right! I use my fear as my ultimate motivator. In my mind, I have no choice but to succeed! If achieving your goal is an absolute must, then nothing else matters. Sacrifices won’t even be a question. Excuses go out the window. You’ll do whatever it takes to make it happen. Period. Rather than allowing fear to creep in and suck the life right out of your dreams, how about flipping the script & knowing that the real fear is the price you will pay if you give up on your goals? There may be bumps along the way & that's just part of the process, but the real fear for me is living a life where I have settled or compromised on what I truly want. FIRE your head & HIRE your heart - now go out there & get what your heart truly desires!
