Pineapple Mango Salsa

If sweet and spicy got married, this salsa would be their love child. It for sure has heat but that mango is soft and sweet, and the pineapple really offsets the spicy (especially if you add in jalapeno) It's best to let it sit in the fridge and let the flavors truly "marry"!

Here's the recipe. Go crazy!

1 1/2 cup pineapple

1 1/2 cup mango (I used thawed frozen chunks cause I hate cutting them)

1/2 cup orange and red bell peppers

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup red onion

3 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped

1/2 lime juiced

2 tbsp Poco Picante Salsa Mix from Epicure

Jalapenos Chopped is optional (but so good!)
